Community Builders Group, LLC was founded in 1999 with the intention of creating quality housing for underserved communities. Since then, CBG has expanded its focus to include the new construction of affordable housing and mixed-use developments that elevate each neighborhood through community-oriented design.

A LIFELONG COMMITMENT TO CHANGE

Joe Seager and his wife Angelica Flores created the SeaFlo Foundation in 2019, an organization dedicated to promoting affordable housing, neighborhood revitalization, youth development, and education for all. As a founding member of Community Builders Group, Mr. Seager has committed to donating a generous portion of his annual income as well as a percentage of his wealth postmortem to SeaFlo. By funding scholarships, collaborating with local organizations, and establishing programs that provide professional growth opportunities, SeaFlo is the next chapter in CBG’s philanthropic legacy.
