About Us

Community Builders Group was founded in 1999 by Joe Seager and Christian Hart. Based on the strong foundation built by Mr. Hart and Mr. Seager, the company continues to reach new goals, expanding throughout California and Arizona. With a focus on multifamily, affordable, and student housing, CBG utilizes their expertise to provide a depth of knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency in every development.

With an extensive history in affordable housing, we understand the importance of addressing the needs of all members of the community. Using innovative models, CBG provides high risk-adjusted returns to investors while developing quality housing for every resident. We strive to maximize the value of each property while preserving the community who brings it to life.

OUR MISSION

CBG strives to enhance residents’ quality of life through every development, at a cost factor that is both economical and profitable. We are able to accomplish our goals by forming strong bonds with community leaders, families, and investors. CBG utilizes its financial knowledge to promote projects that will withstand the cyclical nature of the real estate market and provide the necessary stimulus to improve the lives of its residents. To illustrate this commitment, the company has entered into a variety of agreements with various non-profit partners to create social services for each of its projects.

SOCIAL PROGRAMS

Beyond providing affordable rental housing, CBG seeks to create personal growth opportunities for its residents. The company’s family-oriented projects incorporate educational seminars for residents focused on improving job skills and preparing for employment.

In addition, CBG strives to help children who reside in its units by establishing learning centers equipped with study halls and computer services. The company also has entered into a partnership with the Head Start program that serves children between the ages of three and five. Specifically, the CBG program is designed to provide a diversified pre-school curriculum in addition to day care services. Moreover, the program provides a balanced diet to these children without any cost to the parents.
